Terms of Service

1. Service Description

StarMeet is a multilingual personal-development web platform offering personality assessments, psychological self-discovery tools, Vedic astrology charts and AI-driven self-reflection consultations powered by Google Vertex AI. Free features include test results, kundali charts, and limited AI chat (currently 7 AI requests per calendar month). Premium subscribers receive unlimited AI consultations.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

StarMeet Premium is a recurring monthly subscription. Pricing varies by country and is shown at checkout in local currency. You authorise StarMeet (via our payment processors) to charge your payment method automatically each billing period until you cancel. Indicative pricing is published at star-meet.com/pricing.

3. Free Trial

First-time subscribers receive a 30-day free trial with no charge during the trial period. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. We will email you a reminder 3 days before the trial ends. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your first month is automatically billed.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing contact@star-meet.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period — you retain access until then. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months unless our Refund Policy applies (see Section 5).

5. Refund Policy

First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of their first charge for any reason. After the first 14 days or for subsequent billing cycles, charges are non-refundable. Full details, eligibility criteria and request instructions are published at star-meet.com/refunds.

6. Payment Processing and Merchant of Record

Subscription payments are processed by third-party Merchants of Record acting as our authorised reseller. Customers paying from India: your subscription is sold and invoiced by Dodo Payments, which collects applicable Indian GST and remits it to Indian tax authorities. Customers paying from all other countries: your subscription is sold and invoiced by Paddle.com Inc. or its affiliate (Paddle), which collects applicable VAT, GST or sales tax and remits it to the relevant authorities. Your statement may show "DODO STARMEET" or "PADDLE.NET STARMEET". Refunds, payment disputes and tax invoices are handled by the relevant Merchant of Record.

7. Educational and Reflective Purpose — Not Professional Advice

Content on StarMeet — including personality test interpretations, astrological readings and AI consultations — is provided for educational, entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. StarMeet is not a substitute for, and does not provide, medical, mental health, legal, financial, tax, investment or psychic services. We do not predict the future, diagnose conditions, or provide professional advice. Do not delay seeking advice from a licensed professional based on anything you read here.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on star-meet.com — including blog articles, calculation algorithms, design, software and AI prompt templates — is the property of StarMeet and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without written permission. Generated personal test results and chart readings remain yours.

9. Limitation of Liability

StarMeet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StarMeet, Vadim Arkhipov (autónomo) and our affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for direct damages is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Prohibited Use

• Reverse engineering, scraping or automated extraction of AI responses
• Sharing subscription credentials with non-paying users
• Using the platform to harass, defame or harm others
• Attempting unauthorised access to backend systems or APIs
• Submitting deliberately false birth data to abuse free trial offers

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. Any dispute shall first be addressed by good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the courts of Málaga, Spain shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer protection laws of your country grant you the right to sue in your local courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to active subscribers at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
